Swiss rolls over Lisicki

Bacsinszky: maiden title

I will never be Martina Hingis or Roger Federer, I know that. What really is important to me is to have fun out on the court and not to have regrets at the end of my career.

Switzerland's Timea Bacsinszky claimed her maiden WTA Tour title with a 6-2 7-5 victory over Sabine Lisicki of Germany at the Luxembourg Open.

Unseeded Bacsinszky produced a dominant display to see off sixth seed Lisicki - 42 places above her in the world rankings - in straight sets in the final.

The victory, achieved in just under one and a half hours, is the high point of a successful season for Bacsinszky after she reached finals in both Prague and Istanbul.

"I will never be Martina Hingis or Roger Federer, I know that," said the 20-year-old.

"What really is important to me is to have fun out on the court and not to have regrets at the end of my career."
