World number three Vera Zvonareva claimed her second title of 2011 by beating fellow Russian Ksenia Pervak in the final of the Baku Cup.

Zvonareva, the top seed, was never seriously tested by Pervak and ran out a 6-1 6-4 winner in one hour and 23 minutes.

The tone was established early with Zvonareva breaking twice before a third gave her a one-sided opening set.

The second was more competitive but Zvonareva held her nerve to secure her 12th career crown and back up her win in Doha in February.
