Vaughan: Not joining South Australia
But he (Vaughan) has never been considered as a candidate for the Redbacks this season and he will not be playing for South Australia.

Quotes of the week
South Australia have categorically denied that Michael Vaughan will continue his bid to recover form and confidence in Adelaide.
The former England captain is to take a three-month break from international cricket after failing to win selection for the tour of India due to poor form.
Vaughan, 33, was rumoured to be considering playing club cricket in Australia in a bid to return to the international fold for the West Indies tour in 2009.
Rumours of Vaughan's southern hemisphere switch came to fruition when former Yorkshire team-mate Darren Lehmann was said to be trying to help Vaughan make the move to South Australia.
However, South Australia Cricket Association high performance manager Jamie Cox strongly refuted the claims.
"This is categorically not the case", Cox said. "The Redbacks have had no conversations with Mr Vaughan regarding his recruitment to the side."
State sides are only permitted to field one international recruit and South Australia have Younus Khan in their ranks.
Cox, therefore, reiterated there was not chance of Vaughan playing for South Australia this season.
"I am not familiar with any conversations Mr Lehmann may have had with Mr Vaughan regarding playing at grade level, and this may well be an option for him.
"But he has never been considered as a candidate for the Redbacks this season and he will not be playing for South Australia."
