Fisher: Surprise at release
I'm looking forward to furthering my career in Worcester and am delighted to be given this opportunity by the county.

Quotes of the week
Worcestershire have snapped up left-arm spinner Ian Fisher on a one-year deal following his release by Gloucestershire.
The 32-year-old has ended his long association with the Gladiators after their relegation from Division Two of the LV County Championship.
However, Fisher will now be plying his trade in the top tier of county cricket with newly-promoted Worcestershire - much to the delight of the county's director of cricket Steve Rhodes.
"We have been looking for a left-arm spinner, primarily for one-day cricket, for some time," said Rhodes.
"Ian's experience of the one-day game, and specifically Twenty20 cricket, can only be of benefit to us in 2009.
"He will bring a variety of attack that we missed last year."
Indeed, Fisher will be looking to strike up a strong combination with fellow-spinner Gareth Batty in the Worcestershire attack, come the start of the 2009 season.
But for now the Yorkshire-born veteran is just happy to have some stability, after a turbulent year in Worcestershire's neighbouring county.
"I'm looking forward to furthering my career in Worcester and am delighted to be given this opportunity by the county," said a relieved Fisher.
"I'm excited by the prospect of Division One cricket and I'll be striving to contribute during the 2009 season.
"Things weren't great at Gloucestershire last season. There were a lot of comings and goings.
"At times it was like a revolving door and that can have an effect on players.
"I was a little surprised when I was released by Gloucestershire but I'm delighted to get this chance."
