Surrey beat Leicestershire by 33 runs
Surrey Brown Caps secured fifth spot in Pro40 Division Two with a 33-run victory over Leicestershire Foxes.
Opener Chris Murtagh's innings of 74 provided the mainstay of the Brown Caps' total of 204-5 after skipper Jon Batty opted to bat first at the Brit Oval.
Seam duo Jade Dernbach and Pedro Collins shared seven wickets as the Foxes slumped to 171 all out from 36.5 overs in reply, despite Greg Smith's battling 58.
Dernbach finished with figures of 4-28 and Collins 3-21.
Surrey finish above Warwickshire on net run-rate in fifth spot, while Leicestershire - who won just one of their eight games - end down in seventh.
