Surrey are 13/2 favourites with Sky Bet to retain their Clydesdale Bank 40 title next year after securing the trophy with a five wicket victory against Somerset.
After the match was reduced to a 30-over contest due to rain, Surrey were chasing a revised target of 186 and sealed victory with 15 balls to spare.
Surrey captain Rory Hamilton-Brown hit a match-winning 78 to guide his side to victory and condemn Somerset to a fifth-consecutive defeat in a domestic final.
Sussex are 7/1 second favourites to lift the trophy next year, with Somerset close behind at 8/1 and Essex available at the same price.
Sky Bet cricket trader Tom Warburton said: "Surrey are hot favourites to retain their CB40 title next year at 13/2 after losing just once during this year's campaign.
"Losing finalists Somerset can be backed at 8/1, but may lose players through internationals next year."
He added: "Lancashire are a young side flying high after their County Championship success, they look the early value at 8/1 for next year's Clydesdale Bank Pro 40."
