Daly: Advice for Woods
The thing that Tiger needs to look at is, whatever happened, just tell the truth.

Quotes of the week
John Daly has urged Tiger Woods to bring an end to speculation surrounding his late night car crash last week.
The two-time Major winner had originally said he was not interested in the details of the accident suffered by the world number one outside his home in Florida in the early hours of Friday morning.
However, speaking in Sydney ahead of this week's Australian Open, Daly has now urged Woods to put an end to the rumours surrounding the accident and give his side of the story.
"The thing that Tiger needs to look at is, whatever happened, just tell the truth," said Daly, whose most recent transgression in a career tinged with controversy came last year when he was discovered "extremely intoxicated" outside a Hooters restaurant.
Woods announced on Monday that the injuries he sustained in the accident meant he would not play in this week's Chevron World Golf Challenge and will also leave him sidelined until next year.
Even so, Daly believes he should still make an appearance at a tournament he hosts - the 43-year-old seemingly confident Woods can weather the controversy.
"Hopefully he'll go out there with his wife and his kids and support... the sponsor of his tournament," he added. "The most important thing right now is for them to be together.
"He'll get over this. The family will get over it. They'll move on. Golf needs him.
"I hate for something like that to happen to anybody. I just want him and his wife and kids to be happy and for him to keep pursuing the goals that he had.
"Tiger's the biggest asset the tour's had in a long, long time. Whatever happened, as long as he's okay that's all that matters. Golf needs him badly... no doubt."

The problem Daly does not understand is that truth and woods do not mix. Daly might have done wrong things and accepted it, but it is not the case with Tiger, as he is too perfect to accept his indiscretions and state the truth. I suppose only a general explanation and overall apology, which is far from acceptable. I suppose every human being is different, and so is Tiger.

I do not agree with Daly. If Tiger has differed with his wife, it is not for the consumption of the general public. That should be entirely private. All of us have at one time been involved in very serious differences with our spouses but nothing goes public. If Tiger says it was an accident and had nothing to do with his wife, that's it, what else do you want him to say? If John knows the truth, why can't he (John) tell the public the truth other than go round in circles? We are all putting unnessessary pressure on Tiger. Kindly, leave him alone as he recovers from the accident. Tiger, we like the stance you have taken towards the so called 'public pressure'. 'Well out Tiger', we love you. Moses.

Yes I think John Dailey is right in what he says , he has had his fair share of lifes events off the course. I agree with him but at the end of the day it is Tiger's decision . But it is good to let Tiger know how much he is respected and cared about .
