The Nick of time

Golf Night jetted out to Brazil for a chat with one of the golfing faces of 2008 - Nick Faldo.

Six weeks after the Ryder Cup we spoke to the European captain about his memories of Valhalla - and despite Europe's defeat, he spoke of the tournament as a "special" time in his life.

He explained why he enjoyed the experience so much and discussed where the captaincy should go next, saying that Jose Maria Olazabal is an ideal candidate but also suggesting he would be prepared to give the job another shot himself.

He also spoke to us about the Faldo Junior Series which encourages thousands of promising young players across the globe and told us what his hopes are for expanding the scheme in the future.

We also speak to some of the younger players about what they've learned from the experience of playing with a six-time major champion.
