Enzo Maccarinelli is facing a race against time to find a new opponent after Johnathon Banks was forced to pull out.

The Welshman will be bidding to win the WBO cruiserweight belt for a second time on Saturday at the ExCel Arena, live on Sky Box Office.

However, Banks will no longer be the man standing in his way after the American damaged his ankle in a training session.

The injury happened while the 26-year-old was in camp with heavyweight brothers Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko in Spain.

Now the hunt is on to find a replacement to face Maccarinelli in a bout that will top the London leg of the bill on Judgement Night.

The 28-year-old from Swansea will be in action for the first time since surrendering the WBO strap to David Haye back in March.

Cook off

Nicky Cook had been set to headline the event when he made the first defence of the WBO super-featherweight title he won in September.

That fight had to be scrapped though when Dagenham fighter Cook was ruled out of facing Stephen Foster Jnr due to flu.

Amir Khan will be in action on the undercard as he returns to the ring for the first time since losing his unbeaten professional record.

The Bolton boxer will look to bounce back from that stunning first-round defeat to Breidis Prescott when he goes up against Irishman Oisin Fagan.

Also on the card will be another former Olympian in Audley Harrison, who faces former Prizefighter champion Martin Rogan over 10 rounds.

After the action in the English capital, Sky Box Office viewers will get to see Manny Pacquiao take on Oscar De La Hoya live from Las Vegas.
