The Californian now owns the WBC and WBO titles at light-welterweight after a cut gave him a technical decision in the 10th round of the Pontiac unification fight.
Bradley, now 28-0, retained his ranking as the world's number one at 140lbs and even though he is eyeing the stellar names in the sport, he says Khan and his WBA belt are next on the agenda.
"I would love a chance with Floyd Mayweather," he told HBO. "I think I've got to take Amir Khan out next, then there will be no doubt who the best 140-pounder is in the world.
"But the key name on the list down the road is Manny Pacquiao."
Khan fights again in April but told Sky Sports he wants to fight Bradley in the summer, possibly in the United Kingdom.
Bradley is no stranger to boxing away from home but he might yet find himself back in with Alexander, who has vowed to trigger the rematch clause in their fight contract.
He also accused Desert Storm of leading with his head on more than one occasion, but the victor simply put the numerous clashes down to the southpaw-orthodox mix in what turned out to be a disappointing match-up.
"Devon Alexander is a great fighter, he came to fight today and I didn't think the fight was going to be stopped this way," said Alexander.
"Both of us were coming in at the same time - the southpaw stance and the right-hander - as we lined up to shoot our punches. I was a little conscious of it; I knew sooner or later it would happen. He's coming in and I'm coming in and that's exactly what happened
"I take my hat off to him, he's a tough, tough warrior and he's going to be a world champion again."
