Orr: Memories
Former Castleford star Danny Orr admits he still has a soft spot for the Tigers as he prepares for Harlequins' Carnegie Challenge Cup tie against his old club on Saturday.
Orr, who spent eight seasons at Wheldon Road including several as captain, is the only survivor from the epic semi-final of 1999 - the last time the two clubs met in the famous knockout competition.
But the Castleford born 29-year-old, currently in his second season with Quins following a move from Wigan, is in no doubt where his loyalties lie ahead of the clash at the Twickenham Stoop.
"The club means a lot to me," said Orr. "I spent a big part of my career there and loved every minute of it.
"I was born two miles from the ground and my parents still live in Kippax. A lot of my family are Castleford supporters and it's a game I always look forward to.
"But people move on. I moved on and so have Castleford. I've got to be professional and try to do my job on Saturday and make sure that Quins win."
Saturday's match - the only all -Super League clash of the fourth round - will also mark an emotional return for Castleford coach Terry Matterson.
Matterson captained the London Broncos in their first three years in Super League only to leave shortly before they embarked on their Cup run to Wembley.
He said: "I loved my time in London. I'll never forget it and I'm real proud of some of the achievements the club made.
"I was bit unlucky to miss out in 1999 I suppose. I retired a year too early but that happens to some people some times."
Matterson says the two sides' recent Super League showdown when Quins scored twice in the last two minutes to snatch victory will give his players a boost.
"We should have beaten them," he added. "It was a bit of a testament to how their season is going.
"They know how to win and that is the difference between two sides. They have won all their close games and we've only won one close game.
"We played really well for the majority of the game against them but we've got to learn to play for 80 minutes."
Luke Dorn will miss the match for Castleford after the former Harlequins stand-off was injured in last week's defeat by Hull
And hooker Julien Rinaldi, who missed the defeat at St Helens due to a hamstring strain, makes a return for Quins
