Wigan are set to give Karl Pryce and Mark Riddell their first run-outs in their challenge match against Warrington later this month.

Former Bradford Bulls centre Pryce joined the Warriors from rugby union side Gloucester a year ago but missed the whole of 2008 with a foot injury.

He has now been cleared to play, thus invoking a £25,000 payout to Bradford, who kept his registration when he joined Gloucester in 2006.

Aussie Riddell is due to arrive in the UK early next week for pre-season training after being signed from NRL side St George Illawarra.

Coach Brian Noble said: "The game will be the first opportunity for our supporters to see Mark Riddell in a Wigan shirt, and Karl Pryce is now fully fit and raring to play.

"We aim to play as strong a side as possible in the game."

Captain Sean O'Loughlin is also poised to face the Wolves on Sunday December 28, after recovering from a shoulder injury which ruled him out of the World Cup.
