Esders: Joining Quins
Harlequins is a great cub with a really strong development side, something I think many players, including myself don't appreciate until they come down to London.

Quotes of the week
Harlequins have signed Hull Kingston Rovers back row Ryan Esders on a one-year contract.
The 23-year-old initially joined the Quins on loan for a month back in July, a deal which was extended until the end of the season.
Esders becomes the London side's first signing for next season, after making six appearances and scoring two tries during his loan spell.
"Esders is a promising young player and has impressed whilst he has been on loan here," said Harlequins coach Brian McDermott.
"He is the first player we've brought in from outside the club and we're now starting to look at the market and bringing new players into the squad."
The back-rower marks the start of McDermott's recruitment as he builds his squad for 2010, with several key players including captain Rob Purdham already signing contract extensions.
"I'm really pleased to have signed for Harlequins. The coaching staff have been great with me, especially Brian McDermott who has been helpful and takes his time to work on my game," said Esders.
"Harlequins is a great cub with a really strong development side, something I think many players, including myself don't appreciate until they come down to London."
McDermott's side play their final home game of the season this Sunday when they face Castleford Tigers, with just two points separating the sides.
