Quotes of the week
Nick Fozzard is returning to St Helens next season after Hull KR agreed to release him from the final year of his contract.
Fozzard, 32, spent five seasons at Knowsley Road before joining Rovers on a two-year deal last September.
The prop forward will be a direct replacement for New Zealand international Jason Cayless, who is quitting Saints after failing to recover from a shoulder problem.
"We've definitely suffered from not having one of our front line props for the whole of this season due to Jason Cayless' injury and Nick Fozzard will help fill that role well for us next season," said St Helens coach Mick Potter.
Fozzard, a member of the Saints side beaten by Leeds Rhinos in last October's Grand Final, is looking forward to returning to the club.
"I'm absolutely thrilled to be back at the Saints," he said.
"I had a fantastic five seasons there and it will be great to be back with my old team-mates and friends. The Saints fans can expect my absolute best for them next season."
Hull KR coach Justin Morgan added: "I'd like to thank Nick for his contribution. He has done a great job for us and we wish him all the best for next season."
