Leeds academy full-back Ben Jones-Bishop is to follow in the footsteps of Headingley team-mate Ben Jones by signing for Harlequins.

The 21-year-old Jones-Bishop made a solitary engage Super League appearance for the Grand Final winners this year.

However he will now leave the Rhinos after agreeing a 12-month deal with Quins.

"I'm looking forward to experiencing the new challenges that lie ahead at Harlequins," said Jones-Bishop.

"I'm very eager to play more Super League and hope that I can achieve this in London."

Harlequins coach Brian McDermott marks his fifth close-season recruit with Jones-Bishop following the signing of Jones, Andy Ellis (Barrow), Oliver Wilkes (Wakefield) and Matt James (Bradford).
