The five players from French Super League outfit Catalans Dragons who were arrested following an alleged fracas in Leeds city centre have been released on police bail.
The five were detained overnight in Leeds whilst their team-mates returned to France following the 28-20 loss at Wakefield Wildcats on Sunday.
Having been released and bailed, the unnamed quintet have also now been allowed to travel back to Perpignan.
In total nine men were held for questioning following the brawl in the early hours of Monday morning with two taken to hospital for treatment to head injuries, which are not thought to be life-threatening.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire police confirmed on Tuesday morning that all nine have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
The incident was captured on CCTV at 2.15am on Monday morning on Boar Lane in Leeds city centre, where it is understood the Catalans contingent were celebrating the birthday of a team-mate.
In a statement, the Dragons said they were co-operating fully with the police in their investigations.
The French team are scheduled to return to England later this week for a match against Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop on Sunday.
Catalans coach Kevin Walters confirmed that the players were expected back in Perpignan on Tuesday night after being forced to spend a second night in Leeds.
"They couldn't get a flight any earlier," he explained. "It's not ideal but we can't make any comment until we get the police report."
Meanwhile, the Dragons will have full-back Clint Greenshields back for the trip to London after he missed the Wakefield game through illness and Walters is also hoping to have his former Brisbane Broncos team-mate Dane Carlaw available after he recovered from a calf injury.
