Thomas: Working hard in training
We're taking things slowly, one step at a time but I realise I have got to earn my position here at the Crusaders

Quotes of the week
Crusaders new boy Gareth Thomas admits he is having to work harder than ever before as he gets used to life as a rugby league player.
The 35-year-old began training with his new team-mates in Wrexham on Monday following his switch from rugby union last week.
Thomas is having to learn the rules of the 13-man game in a hurry, as he is set to make his debut against Catalans Dragons at home on March 19.
Although there are "big differences" between the two codes, the former British and Irish Lion insists he is enjoying the challenge of learning something new.
"It's good to get started and get on the field," he said.
"Obviously I've got to learn the play-the-ball as well as picking up the moves and the style of play of the team.
"I'm probably working harder than I have at any other stage of my career, learning something new in such a short space of time.
"There are big differences because it is a completely new sport for me. I am still new to the game regardless but it's been a good few days.
"You can't learn it all in a few days but I'm a better rugby league player than I was two days ago, put it that way. All that matters is that I keep learning every day."
Thomas has been handed the number one jersey by Crusaders but hinted that he is likely to start his league career out on the wing.
"Obviously I'm going to start out wide because that's where I can learn but also be involved in the game," he added.
"We're taking things slowly, one step at a time but I realise I have got to earn my position here at the Crusaders.
"I don't know if Brian has some sort of master plan for where he eventually sees me playing.
"Regardless of where I end up playing I'm just going to continue working hard and do my best to please the supporters and players.
"The guys have been fantastic, they've made the transition so much easier for me."
