Mbu: Has retired
Harlequins second row Joe Mbu has announced he is set to retire from the sport to spend more time with his family.
Mbu made his 100th appearance for the Stoop-based side last season, but following the birth of his daughter, he has decided the time is right to hang up his boots.
The 25-year-old said: "I got married last year and we had our first child in July so I'm looking forward to spending more time with my wife and daughter.
"I'd like to remain in the sport at some level. It's in my blood and I can't see myself leaving it behind without suffering from withdrawal."
Quins chairman David Hughes added: "I'd like to thank Joe for everything he has done for Harlequins Rugby League throughout his long service at the club."
