Oosthuizen: On a high
Recently-crowned Open champion Louis Oosthuizen has honoured his commitment to play in the Nordea Scandinavian Masters in Stockholm this week.
The event, which will be screened live on Sky Sports HD3/3 from 9.30am on Thursday, will feature a host of star-studded names as the Bro Hof Slott course makes its European Tour debut.
Oosthuizen, who claimed his maiden major title by a mammoth seven shots at St Andrews last Sunday, will tee off alongside Robert Rock and Peter Hanson in the first two rounds.
Americans Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler are also competing at the Swedish spectacle, as are Korean KJ Choi and Oosthuizen's compatriot Rory Sabbatini.
There is also a return to action for 45-year-old Jesper Parnevik, who feared in February that his career might be over when he needed fusion surgery after the discovery of a fractured vertebra.
Oosthuizen is now up to fifth on this season's European Tour money list and if he wins again on Sunday he will move up to second place behind US Open champion Graeme McDowell.
