Ipswich Witches moved to the top of the Sky Sports Elite League with victory over Belle Vue, as previous leaders Swindon were shocked at home by Poole.
The Witches' sensational form continued at home to The Aces as they claimed a seventh straight win and their fourth win within six days
Ipswich leapfrogged Swindon, as they lost at home to The Pirates - who in-turn move into second and sent The Robins down to third.
Ipswich's 52-41 victory over Belle Vue at Foxhall was a straight forward affair as the home side lead from first heat to last.
Once again high scoring reserve Piotr Swiderski was in sensational form with 17+1 from his full compliment of seven rides.
Robert Miskowiak provided excellent support (12+1) whilst guest Rory Schlein grabbed seven from the three rides he finished.
Belle Vue put up an admirable display with Jason Crump (14) and Joe Screen (11) top-scoring but in truth The Aces' reserves were their weak point as Nick Simmons and Jonas Raun claimed just paid three between them.
Ipswich go top as Swindon failed to pick up any points as Poole won at Abbey Stadium - the first home defeat for The Robins in 35 outings.
Poole had come off the back of their own home defeat to Ipswich, but they responded in spectacular fashion.
Once Poole edged ahead in third heat - they never looked back with Krzysztof Kasprzak finding some brilliant form with 16+1 which spearheaded the side to victory.
Recent arrival Magnus Zetterstrom also shone for Poole with 12+1 whilst Davey Watt and Adam Skornicki provided admirable back-up with paid nine.
Indeed Swindon struggled throughout with number one Leigh Adams have a very rare off night with just 10+1. Mads Korneliussen (10) and Troy Batchelor (9) both scored well but there was little else on offer for the high-flying Robins.
At the other end of the table Wolverhampton replaced Peterborough at the foot of the table as The Panthers claimed victory over Wolves at The East of England Showground.
Wolves were never too far off the pace but Peterborough were led brilliantly by skipper Hans Andersen as they sealed a 48-42 triumph.
Andersen returned from injury to claim a paid 18-point maximum whilst there was an excellent display from Danny King with 14 points.
The Panthers top-two proved too strong for Wolves who will have hoped former Panthers star Niels Kristian Iversen could have claimed more than 10+1.
One real positive for Wolves was reserve Kenneth Hansen who grabbed 9+2.
See what has got the Sky Sports experts' tongues wagging over a busy seven days in sport.
