Wolverhampton Wolves climbed off the Sky Sports Elite League after a narrow 48-45 victory over Belle Vue Aces.
Wolves led from start to finish as both sides suffered major engine problems.
Jason Lyons and Joe Screen both suffered issues with their machinery, whilst Freddie Lindgren blew too engines - but he still managed to guide his side home to victory by top-scoring with 10 points.
Guest Ed Kennett also claimed double figures whilst there was excellent back-up from Ales Dryml, Kenneth Hansen and David Howe.
Jason Crump was the star of the show for Belle Vue with a brilliant 16 points whilst Charlie Gjedde also did well with 11.
