Hans Andersen has confirmed he is set to leave Peterborough Panthers.
The Dane is currently banned from riding in the Sky Sports Elite League for 14-days after he refused to ride because of unpaid wages.
Andersen's ban is up on August 1st and he is set to join another Elite League club - with Coventry firm favourites to claim his signature.
"The fact that no-one from Peterborough has contacted me speaks volumes," said Andersen.
"It suggests they are not interested in resolving the situation.
"I feel really let down by Colin (Horton, Peterborough boss). I have showed patience and understanding to him in the past and now feel that I have been taken advantage of big-time. I feel I have had promises broken for over a year.
"I have had offers to ride for other clubs from August 1 and I fully intend to take up one of them once my ban has finished and I am able to compete again."
See what has got the Sky Sports experts' tongues wagging over a busy seven days in sport.

Mr Horton appears to have once again broken major financial promises to one of the great modern day world class speedway riders and possibly potentially the greatest ever Panther. Without question Hans is the modern era¿s Peterborough Panthers fans motivation and belief as well as the junior supporter¿s hero and favourite rider. As team captain Hans has lead from the front by example. Sometimes almost single handed the total package has had to carry this season's collective especially when racing away. If this ridiculous situation remains unresolved then after 31st July no-one dare challenge or criticise Club Captain Andersen for his pending change of allegiance. I received a text message (notice) from Panthers today advising that the BSPA are now managing the recently introduced weather text service. Is administration the next text I should expect? or are the BSPA finally going to intervene and stop the rot. Hans Andersen was placed in a very difficult situation by Sky Sports Nigel Pearson and Kelvin Tatum¿s questions last night but was diplomatic in his responses. As a Panthers fan my concern now is if Mr Horton cannot or does not settle the monies due to Hans then what are the rest of the team going to think or do and what other true racer (if one¿s available) of the calibre needed at No. 1 in any Elite League Team would be willing to sign for a club that by all accounts are unlikely to pay for his services. Hans must be reimbursed now. Good luck Hans and I know the vast majority of the Panthers fans will be felling empty at the prospect of your need to move on.
