Poole Pirates snatched a dramatic last-gasp victory to prevent Wolverhampton climbing to the top of the Sky Sports Elite League.
Chris Holder and Hans Andersen managed to cling on to second and third spot in the final heat to see the Pirates seal a 46-44 win.
Andersen had been in inspirational form for Poole, picking up 13+1 points - including four victories.
Holder, returning from injury, also weighed in with a 12+1-point haul as the Pirates defied the league standings.
Ty Proctor (12+2) led the scoring for the visitors, while Peter Karlsson won the last race to help him to an 11-point haul.
The Wolves, though, still picked up a consolation point to mean they trail Swindon by just a solitary point.
