Edward Kennett won three heats as Coventry Bees secured a 54-40 victory over Lakeside Hammers.
Difficult conditions at Brandon Stadium hampered the early heats, although the racing improved later on after some work had been done on the track.
Kennett (11+1) bagged wins in heats three, five and 14 as the Bees earned a comfortable success to move up to third in the Elite League table.
Chris Harris also contributed 11+1 points to the Bees' triumph, while Olly Allen chipped in with 9+1 points in a solid team effort.
Lakeside, by contrast, were reliant on Piotr Swiderski (13+1) and Jonas Davidsson (10) - who both won two heats - for the majority of their points.
In Monday evening's other Elite League fixture, Wolverhampton Wolves ran out 49-41 winners against Ipswich Witches at Monmore Green.
Freddie Lindgren (15) and Tai Woffinden (12) were in superb form for the Wolves, Lindgren winning five heats from five and Woffinden four out of four.
Meanwhile, Belle Vue Aces reached the semi-finals of the Elite League Knockout Cup with a 54-41 success over Poole Pirates.
Kevin Doolan (11+3), James Wright (10+2) and Krzysztof Kasprzak (10) all got into double figures for the Aces, who ran out 103-85 victors on aggregate.
