Belle Vue Aces have confirmed their place in next season's Sky Sports Elite League after crushing Edinburgh Monarchs in their Relegation Race-off.
The Aces were already in control of the tie after winning the first-leg 59-32, but they powered to an even better win in the Scottish capital as they roared to a 68-21 success which gave them a 127-53 aggregate win.
Belle Vue's top-flight quality shone through with Krzysztof Kasprzak and Patrick Hougaard both claimed perfect 15-point maximums, whilst Ulrich Ostergaard claimed paid 18.
James Wright also helped himself to double figures in what turned out to be a truly one-sided affair.
The home side made little impact with American Ryan Fisher top-scoring with just 7.
Aces boss Chris Morton is now looking to take the Manchester outfit back to the summit of the sport.
"Obviously I was very pleased with the result and it was a team effort. The score-line probably wasn't a fair representation of Edinburgh but it was of us," said Morton.
"We will look to the next campaign now and we already know which riders we want. Our mission will be to make the play-offs at the top of the table next time."
See what has got the Sky Sports experts' tongues wagging over a busy seven days in sport.
