Saturday's Speedway World Cup Event One has been postponed until Sunday due to adverse weather conditions in Gorzow, Poland.

Following a track inspection and consideration of the local weather forecasts, the FIM Jury took the decision to postpone the clash between Poland, Denmark, Russia and the Czech Republic.

The Jury has decided to restage the meeting at 3pm CET (2pm UK time) on Sunday. All tickets for the clash will be valid for the re-arranged meeting.

Great Britain get their challenge under way in King's Lynn on Monday at 7pm against Finland, Australia and Sweden.

The Race-off featuring the second and third placed teams from Events 1 & 2 will be in Vojens, Denmark on July 29th. The Final will be on 31st July, also in Vojens.
