The Speedway World Cup final was rained-off on Saturday after just four heats, and the meeting will now be re-staged on Sunday.

The meeting at Vojens started and Great Britain were sitting second after the opening few heats - but the rain came down heavy in Denmark.

After a long delay, the decision was taking to postpone the final until Sunday.

"It looked good all day, but then the rain started and we have to look at rider safety," said FIM race director Tony Olsson.

The meeting which will again be live on Sky Sports in HD, will now take place at 2pm UK time.
