Swindon Robins have announced the signing of Polish starlet Maciek Janowski.
The 19-year-old has been signed to replace Thomas H Jonasson, who has been banned for the rest of the British season.
Highly-rated Janowski will now making his Robins debut against Coventry on Thursday.
"Maciek is a very talented rider and we're looking forward to seeing him in action here in Britain," Robins' team manager Ronnie Russell told the club's website.
"The absence of Thomas means we've had to bring in a replacement to fill a second-string capacity. We're delighted to have secured highly-rated Polish youngster Maciek Janowski, who has already achieved plenty in his short career.
"I know that Leigh Adams has been impressed when he's seen Maciek ride in Poland and we're hopeful that this short stint in British speedway will lead to greater things in 2011.
