Lewis: Busy night
Adrian Lewis has a big night in store in Aberdeen on Thursday as he makes up for lost time with two games in week ten of the Premier League.
Stoke thrower Lewis missed last week's action in Birmingham with gastroenteritis and will now take to the oche twice in Aberdeen to make up his matches.
Terry Jenkins will have the night off after playing twice last week, but for Lewis it will be a busy night as he kicks-off against a flying Phil Taylor before returning to take on current joint-leader James Wade.
'Jackpot' Lewis could find himself on top of the table with two wins out of two on Thursday, and he insists he will be ready to go despite his illness.
"The virus did take a lot out of me but I'll be ready to give it everything I've got," said Lewis.
"I've had a couple of days practice and I'll get on the board once I arrive in Aberdeen, I'll be ready.
"I don't think I'll be too rusty and I'm looking forward to it but it's going to be a strange night - I could be top or bottom at the end and it's vital that I get at least one win, but I'm looking to win both games."
Lewis faces his old mentor Taylor first up in Aberdeen, with 'The Power' in flying form after five tournament wins on the bounce away from the Sky Sports cameras.
"I knew Phil would be back," said Lewis. "I saw him in practice and he was playing awesome - like he is now - and it was just a matter of him doing it on stage.
"To me, he's still the best player in the world and you have to be in top form to stand any chance against him.
"To win against Phil would be a massive boost before I play James."
Raymond van Barneveld is joint-top of the Premier League table with Wade, and the Dutchman will fancy his chances against Peter Manley.
'One Dart' dropped to the foot of the standings with defeat against Wayne Mardle last week and he has just one win from nine, but such is the competition this year he is still just two points from a play-off spot.
Mardle is in great form with three wins and a draw following his 8-0 whitewash by Taylor, and John Part is next up for 'Hawaii 501', with both men desperate to break into the top four.
