Russian Anastasia Dobromyslova will take on the male big guns in a major tournament for the second time after she earned a place in the Grand Slam of Darts in November.
The 24-year-old is the current women's world champion after she beat Trina Gulliver in January and she played against the men at the UK Open in Bolton after getting through as a pub qualifier.
Dobromyslova played well against former BDO world number one Robert Thornton in Bolton in her first round defeat, but she will get another crack at the big time in Wolverhampton in November.
The Russian women's star was confirmed for the Grand Slam after Phil Taylor and Ryamond van Barneveld both made the final of the World Grand Prix in Dublin having already previously qualified for the Wolverhampton event.
With now 29 of the field confirmed, the remaining places will go to the European Championship finalists and the winner of the internet streamed Championship League Darts.
"We're delighted to invite Anastasia to compete in the PartyPoker.com Grand Slam of Darts," said PDC chairman Barry Hearn.
"Her success in becoming the women's world champion was hugely deserved and she is already looking forward to the challenge of lining up against other champions in this event.
"Anastasia's appearance in the UK Open in June showed that she holds no fear about mixing it with the best in the men's game at the highest level."
