Habana: Long season

It is going to be a great match. A high intensity match from minute one to minute 85 and we are preparing for a wet, cold England.

South Africa winger Bryan Habana is planning for one last push as the Springboks' season finally draws to a close on Saturday.

The world champions face England at Twickenham in their 20th international since beating the same opposition in the World Cup final a year ago in Paris.

It has ben a gruelling 12 months but the Boks winger is keen to end it on a high.

He told Sky Sports News: "It has been a long year and we have one more big one against the English this weekend and we are really looking forward to that.

"After watching the game against Australia, it is going to be a tough encounter when the two World Cup finalists meet each other on Saturday."

Habana is also keen to experience the atmosphere of a packed Twickenham for the renewal of one of world rugby's longest running rivalries.

"It is going to be a great match," the 2007 IRB Player of the Year added. "A high intensity match from minute one to minute 85 and we are preparing for a wet, cold England.

"Twickenham will be at its best with 80,000 people shouting, it will make it really difficult for us. But we are looking forward to the challenge of ending this tour off on a high note."

South Africa are looking for a Triple Crown after gaining narrow victories over Wales and Scotland in their previous two tour Tests.
