Blair: Injury setback
Full-back Ben Blair looks certain to miss the remainder of Cardiff Blues' Heineken Cup pool games after suffering a hand injury.
The former All Blacks star suffered a small fracture to a bone in his right hand during Blues' 16-12 Magners League defeat to the Ospreys on New Year's Eve.
Blair's hand is now in a cast and he will see a specialist to discover the extent of the injury on Monday January 6.
It is expected that the Blues first-choice goalkicker will be sidelined for up to four weeks, meaning he will sit out the Pool Six leaders' Heineken Cup fixtures against Gloucester and Calvisano.
