Harlequins have suspended Danny Care for one game after he collected a yellow card during last Friday's Guinness Premiership victory over Leeds Carnegie.

The England scrum-half was sin-binned for a late tackle on home forward Rhys Oakley and will miss Quins' Heineken Cup clash against Sale Sharks at the Twickenham Stoop on Sunday.

The ban was imposed following an internal disciplinary hearing held at the London club today.

Care, 22, has won 14 caps and he featured in all three of England's autumn Tests last month, albeit as a substitute against Argentina and New Zealand after losing his place to Paul Hodgson.
