Sky Sports backed Help For Heroes' bid to raise £1million for charity - and you can still get involved.

The likes of Lawrence Dallaglio, Martin Johnson, our own Will Greenwood, Jason Robinson and Jonah Lomu went at it hell-for-leather on Saturday at Twickenham, putting their ageing bodies on the line.

If you were there, or watched it live on Sky Sports, you will have seen them give everything for the entire 80 minutes.

We do not expect everyone to go to such physical lengths, but you can still do your bit for Help For Heroes.

The money will be used to improve facilities and services at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre, Headley Court and the NHS Hospital, Selly Oak.

See how you can help...

Help For Heroes Information
The charity was started in October by cartoonist Bryn Parry and friends who wanted to do something special for those in our Armed Forces who were injured in Iraq and Afghanistan. Help For Heroes is non-political and non-denominational.
