Yousuf: Test return
Experienced batsmen Inzamam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Yousuf have been included in Pakistan's squad for the second Test against South Africa.
Inzamam, who missed the opening Test defeat in Karachi on personal grounds, announced on Friday that he would retire from international cricket following this week's match in Lahore.
Yousuf also missed the 160-run defeat in Karachi due to a lack of match fitness, having recently made himself available for national team selection again following a flirtation with the breakaway Indian Cricket League.
"Inzamam and Yousuf should add depth to the batting line-up for an important Test," said chief selector Salahuddin Ahmed.
Pakistan coach Geoff Lawson added: "We will try to make it a great Test for Inzamam and I hope he gets a hundred or two hundreds in the match.
"There is no doubt he is one of the greats not just for Pakistan but in the world and he deserves a big send off."
The second Test begins in Karachi on October 8.
Pakistan squad: Shoaib Malik (capt), Inzamam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Yousuf, Younis Khan, Salman Butt, Taufiq Umar, Faisal Iqbal, Kamran Akmal, Mohammad Hafeez, Danish Kaneria, Abdul Rehman, Mohammad Asif, Umar Gul, Misbah-ul-Haq and Rao Iftikhar
