Ralph Beckett is looking forward to taking on the colts with Oaks heroine Look Here after she was amongst the 46 entries for the Ladbrokes St Leger in September.
Three off the first four home at Epsom are entered, with runner-up Moonstone and fourth-placed Clowance possible contenders to become the first filly to land the Classic since User Friendly in 1992.
Beckett's charge will hopefully run in the Darley Yorkshire Oaks on August 21 before taking on the colts for the first time at Doncaster the following month.
"She's doing her own thing quietly at the moment and we're aiming for the Yorkshire Oaks and we'll see how it pans out after that," said the Whitsbury-based trainer.
"The York race comes first, obviously, and three and a bit weeks later, if she's all right, she'll run.
"If the ground comes up quick at York, we'll probably wait. It's ground dependent really, but I'd like to send her to Doncaster if we could, but we've got to do what's best for her.
"She's absolutely fine after Epsom. The form has worked out great. We set out an autumn campaign after Epsom and we look like sticking to it.
"The timing of the Oaks seems to indicate that we should be taking on the colts. The subsequent form also indicates that we should be taking them on, so it wouldn't worry me in the slightest.
"Whether she's good enough to beat them is another thing entirely, but I don't think we should be afraid to run against them."
Aidan O'Brien is responsible for 18 of the entries, including Irish Derby winner Frozen Fire, while Sir Michael Stoute, who is still to win the race, has seven left in including Derby runner-up Tartan Bearer.
