O'Brien: One-two in France
Fame And Glory led home Drumbeat for an Aidan O'Brien one-two in the Group One Criterium de Saint-Cloud.
The former, who had made a winning debut at Navan in October, travelled strongly for Johnny Murtagh for much of the mile-and-a-quarter contest and was never far off the pace.
The Montjeu colt was under the pump early in the stage, but found plenty for pressure to hold off the challenge of his fast-finishing stablemate.
Zafisio, representing Paul Blockley, cut out much of the running but eventually faded into fifth.
