Trainer Malcolm Jefferson is thinking of striking while the iron is hot with the youngster after the handicapper raised his mark over both hurdles and fences to 145.
"There is a possibility he could go to Haydock next weekend, but I'm not sure yet," said Jefferson.
"If he didn't go there he might go for the Red Square Vodka Gold Cup a month later.
"He has to go in those races now and we just hope he is up to it. He's in great nick.
"He's in the form of his life and if the ground is soft it will suit him better than it suits some of the others, he has run well on good ground though, it wasn't that soft when he won the big hurdle race at Haydock.
"I was a bit put out that the handicapper put him up 8lb for a novice chase at Newcastle when he was 1-4 to win it anyway but there is nothing I can do about it now."
