Sunday's meeting at Carlisle and the Monday card at Plumpton have both fallen foul of the recent freezing weather.
Carlisle was called off after a 2pm inspection on Saturday.
"I'm afraid we've abandoned," said clerk of the course Andrew Tulloch.
"Last night was one of the coldest we've had and even though it warmed up a bit, with the wind-chill factor it is just not coming out of the ground.
"It left us with no option really."
Plumpton clerk of the course Mark Cornford made the decision after seeing no improvement in the ground during an 8am inspection on Sunday.
He said: "We've had a good look round the track but it's still frozen.
"We had a frost of about minus four at 11pm last night but sometime between then and the inspection it rose to plus three, but we still have a cold wind blowing across the track.
"Time has run out for us. We haven't seen the necessary improvement and there isn't enough time between now and racing."
