Thursday afternoon's meetings at Wincanton and Towcester will go ahead after both tracks passed early morning inspections.
Both courses had been hit hard by the recent wet weather but with only one millimetre of rain falling overnight, they are fit for facing.
Wincanton clerk of the course Barry Johnson said: "We have passed the inspection and the ground is heavy, but perfectly raceable.
"We would not have wanted too much more rain, but what we had last night was fine."
Towcester's going is also heavy, with clerk of the course Robert Bellamy confirming: "Racing goes ahead, which is very good news.
"The forecast is for conditions to improve throughout the morning so we are going to be totally fine."
