De Kock bags Ballydoyle duo
Golden Sword, Frozen Fire heading to South Africa

Golden Sword: Talented
South African trainer Mike De Kock has boosted his team with the acquisition of Ballydoyle duo Golden Sword and Frozen Fire.
De Kock, who in recent years has sent a squad of horses to be trained out of Newmarket during the summer, has transformed the fortunes of two former Aidan O'Brien-trained horses in Archipenko and Eagle Mountain.
He will be looking similar results with last year's Irish Derby winner Frozen Fire, who appears to have lost his way this season, while Golden Sword has often surpassed expectations this season, chasing home stablemate Fame And Glory in the Irish Derby.
"We are delighted at these acquisitions, it is not every day one gets to train an Irish Derby winner or one that has finished close to a world superstar," the trainer told his website www.mikedekockracing.com.
