Andrew Lynch: 'Jumping too big'
Flemenstar is set to be stepped up in class for his next start after after his easy victory at Navan on Sunday.
Peter Casey's exciting six-year-old will head to Leopardstown's big Christmas meeting although his eventual target has yet to be decided.
Second on his chasing debut to the smart Bog Warrior, he hacked up by 19 lengths at the weekend to leave connections dreaming of better times ahead.
"He's a little bit sour this morning that's all, but he'll be all right," said Casey.
"I don't know where we are going, probably Leopardstown at Christmas.
"He's very exciting but winning like that won't have done us any good, handicaps are out now!
Form Is There
"His form is there. Last year he was mixing it with Last Instalment and Lambro and the likes and they are some of the better novices this year.
"The way it's going it looks like he needs it pretty soft because it was yesterday. He's jumping a bit too big at the moment, that's what Andrew (Lynch) says, but it will come with practice.
"We want to take our time, I'd rather not throw him in at the deep end just yet and take our time with him.
"He won a point-to-point by a fence so he should stay. We've always felt he was a lovely horse.
"There's a good few interested in buying him but they haven't come up with the money yet."
