Galway date for Vedette
Speed test wouldn't suit Murphy star

Voler La Vedette will swerve Sunday's Irish Champion Hurdle and run instead in Thursday's John Mulhern Galmoy Hurdle at Gowran Park.
The eight-year-old has won each of her three starts this season and but trainer Colm Murphy feels two miles on good ground would be against his charge at Leopardstown on Sunday.
Instead she goes to Galway for a three mile contest in which she'll start a warm favourite.
"They still haven't had any rain at Leopardstown and the weather has made up our minds to run on Thursday instead," said Murphy.
"She's settling so well in her races now and showed she stays three miles well when she won over Christmas.
"This looked a better opportunity for her than running on Sunday, but there is no easy option and it's a proper little race on Thursday.
"She seems to have come out of her last race well and we'll see what happens. Thursday will tell us a lot more about where we're going with her."
Although she faces only a handful of rivals, Voler La Vedette should be given plenty to think about, with the resurgent Zaidpour in the line-up.
Although disappointing at the end of his novice year, the Willie Mullins inmate has impressed on his first two starts this season.
Benash, Chicago Grey and Whatuthink complete the line-up.
