Kesampour could head to the Investec Derby after stretching his unbeaten record to four in the Prix Greffulhe at Saint-Cloud.

Pour Moi won the same Group Two prize 12 months ago before going on to clinch the Epsom Classic and Mikel Delzangles' charge is a best-priced 25-1 for the race.

He was workmanlike rather than spectacular at the weekend but the trainer said: "He did not win easily, but he was very courageous, which was good to see. I need to talk to the owner before we make any decisions about where we go next."
