Irish Derby runner-up Born To Sea could return to action in Sunday's Keeneland Royal Whip Stakes at the Curragh.

John Oxx's three-year-old, a half-brother to the mighty Sea The Stars and Galileo, has competed at Group One level in all four starts this term but will face a slightly easier test if he does turn out this weekend.

Declaration Of War is, however, a fascinating possible debutant for Aidan O'Brien.

The American-bred colt won by eight lengths on his second juvenile appearance at Deauville, after which he was bought from out of Jean-Claude Rouget's French yard by Coolmore supremo John Magnier.

The Royal Whip has attracted 15 entries, including the Dermot Weld-trained Famous Name.

Other possibles include Native Khan, Treasure Beach, Light Heavy and the unexposed Blue Corner.

It will also be interesting to see what O'Brien saddles in the Patrick P O'Leary Memorial Phoenix Sprint Stakes.

Excelebration could come back in distance, having chased home Frankel on his last two starts, while four-time Group One winner Starspangledbanner is in the frame to make his first appearance for almost two years after an unsuccessful stint at stud.

There is a strong British raiding party in the six-furlong Group Three contest, with the likes of Tiddliwinks, Majestic Myles and Markab still in the hat.

Sixteen talented fillies are engaged in the Keeneland Debutante Stakes.

Diamond Sky, Harasiya and Sinaniya are of the more interesting entries for the home team.

Mark Johnston's Discernable, the Sir Mark Prescott-trained Savanna La Mar and Jillnextdoor from the Mick Channon yard could travel from Britain.
