Michael Bell: Could run Momentary in Ireland

Momentary could be set for a return to racecourse action in the Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Fillies' Stakes at Gowran Park on Sunday.

Trainer Michael Bell is thinking of sending the three-year-old filly, owned by the Queen, to Ireland for the Group Three contest over nine and a half furlongs.

Momentary has had just the four starts, the latest coming at York in July when she was fourth to Barefoot Lady, who franked the form with victory in a Grade Two in Canada on Sunday.

"She could go to Gowran," said Bell.

"She's had a break but she's been hard to place as she's got a Listed penalty. She'll probably go to Ireland at the weekend."
