Webber: Confident
Mark Webber insists he still has a shot at this year's world title despite coming up short against his team-mate Seb Vettel.
Although both Webber and Vettel have four podium finishes each in this campaign, two of Vettel's have been as the result of victories, giving him a 3.5-point advantage over his Australian team-mate.
The duo, though, still have some way to go before they can catch Championship leader Jenson Button as the Brawn GP is 25 points ahead of Vettel with his team-mate Rubens Barrichello slotting in between them.
But despite the gap - and failing to win a single race - Webber reckons he is still in the hunt for this year's drivers' title as his results have been consistently near the top.
"I'm getting some pretty good results," said Webber. "I've had very consistent Sunday afternoons.
"Saturday is crucial, we know that, in terms of how tight it is between the four of us, and especially in the last few events.
"I'm still very confident that I can haul some good points in the future.
"Whether it's enough to be consistently ahead remains to be seen. I'm out there and yeah, I'm very happy with my performances so far this year."
He added: "It doesn't take much to turn things round, so I'm looking forward to the Nurburgring.
"It could be mixed conditions and then we've got Budapest. There are some good races coming up which will test us again and I'm looking forward to it."
