Webber: Fastest in dry conditions
Mark Webber set the fastest time in a rain-affected final practice session ahead of qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa.
The Red Bull driver clocked a lap of 1 minute 46.106 seconds, with his place at the top of the timesheets being secured when the weather took a turn for the worse in the final 20 minutes of the hour-long session.
Webber's lap was almost three seconds better than Fernando Alonso's fastest mark on Friday as the drivers enjoyed sustained dry running for the first time in the weekend.
Lewis Hamilton slotted into second place, just over a tenth of a second back, while Webber's team-mate Sebastian Vettel finished the session in third.
Jenson Button was fourth as McLaren built on their encouraging Friday display and Renault's Robert Kubica rounded out the top five ahead of the Ferraris of Alonso and Felipe Massa.
Several drivers took turns to jump to the top of the timesheets in the early stages of the session before Hamilton's 1:46.315 proved to be the first real benchmark.
He was eventually usurped by Webber, who would remain on top for the rest of the session as menacing clouds overhead prompted a flurry of activity on track.
It was not all good news for Red Bull, however, as Vettel crawled down the pit-lane with an apparent mechanical problem but his mechanics soon resolved his issue.
The circuit was deserted as the rain came down before a few drivers opted for some laps in the wet, though they were well off the pace due to the conditions.
