Bortolami wants Wales focus

Italy captain Marco Bortolami has called on his side to build on their historic RBS Six Nations victory over Scotland when they take on Wales.

Italy scored three tries after just six minutes at Murrayfield before going on to win 37-17 for a first-ever away win in the competition.

And with the chance to avoid the wooden spoon, Bortolami doesn't want the Azzurri to get carried away with winless Wales set to arrive in Rome on March 10.

Bortolami said: "We are still happy after winning at Murrayfield last Saturday, but now we must come back to reality and keep our focus for next Saturday's game against Wales.

"I'm sure the Welsh are coming to Italy with the clear intention to grab their first victory in the Six Nations.

"They played a good game against France and, to be honest, they where a bit unlucky.

"I'm sure it will be a difficult game to win, but we need to win this game because our first away win confirmed we could do it.

"Our fans are waiting for another memorable day and we are going to do everything possible to keep them happy."
