Guinness Premiership: Sun 16th Nov Memorial Ground
Northampton director Budge Pountney admits that his side's penalty count is becoming a real worry, after they allowed Gloucester to fight back to claim victory at Kingsholm.
Saints produced a fine first half performance, albeit still littered with unnecessary penalties, but their indiscipline cost them dear in he second period as the home side secured a 28-24 result.
Four players, Dylan Hartley, Tom Smith, Dan Richmond and Steve Thompson, were sin-binned - resulting in a key try as Gloucester made their numerical superiority pay.
Pountney revealed: "Yes I'm concerned by the high number of penalties given against our team but we're continuously working on this.
"I don't want to comment too much on the discipline because we need to look at the video first. But this was a game that was in the palms of our hands."
